Cambodian Netflix users flooded the "Report a Problem" feature on the Netflix app. Unlike subtitles, audio dubbing errors require manual re-uploading by Netflix’s content operations team.
One viral clip showed the dramatic scene where Vincenzo burns down a vineyard—except the Khmer dubbed audio kept repeating the word " Somot " (Sorry) in a distorted loop for 30 seconds. For approximately 48 hours, Netflix removed the Khmer audio option entirely for Vincenzo . During this time, selecting "Khmer" would default to Korean with Khmer subtitles. This was a temporary fix to stop the spread of the broken audio. Cambodian Netflix users flooded the "Report a Problem"
However, a significant glitch began appearing for Cambodian subscribers. In several episodes—most notably Episode 4 and Episode 8—the character Vincenzo Cassano (played by Song Joong-ki) would suddenly stop speaking Korean or the expected dubbed Khmer.
