Draw a rectangle (20' x 15'). Select the face. Go to 1001bit toolbar > Site Tools > "Create Slab". Set thickness to 6" and footing depth to 12". Click generate. You now have a foundation with spread footings.
Draw a rectangle on top of the slab. Use the "Wood Framing" tool. Select "Deck Joist". Set spacing to 16" OC, direction along the length. The plugin will generate all joists, rim joists, and blocking automatically.
